Podcast: Lobstah! A Seafood, A Lifestyle, An Obsession

In which the E@L expresses irrational exuberance for the delicious decapod called American Lobster

Lobster is the iconic seafood of New England, suggesting visions of intrepid fishers battling the elements to harvest nature’s bounty. But since 2000, lobster populations in the Gulf of Maine have exploded, while those south of Cape Cod have collapsed.
